The rules of the rings is this, the first has power over the second.

Two rings are known as a pair. This is also known as a round.

 

Rings of a pair must be made thus.

 

Pairs, Gold for the first and Silver for the second.

The first ring must have the name of the second on it; the ring of the second must have the name of the first on it.

 

 

Both first and seconds of the pair are to ware there ring’s on the second finger on the left hand e.g. the wedding finger.

Common rules for both pairs and sets

1. The first is picked by the first letter of the first name in Latin

Amendment B.

2. The first of a set or pair maybe man or a woman as long as common rule one is meet

Amendment B.

3. A free person must freely join a round

 

4. A second may join a set if they do not have a first or they have been freed by there first.

 

5. A second can not join a pair unless both the first and the second agree of that pair, this is the only time that a second can not be ordered by a first and can say no to another second joining there pair.

 

6. Two free persons may start there own round at any time. If they follow these rules to the letter. Other wise that round is null and void and can take no part in any other round.

 


 

Rules for pairs

1. The power of the first over the second is absolute

 

2. The second must give themselves up to there pairs first

 

3. A first can not free a second from there pair or move there second to any other

set without moving themselves also to that set, and giving up there first.

 

4. A first may join a set at any time taking there second with them. The second has no say in this moment into a set unless common rules 5 comes into play in that case the pair will remain. And no movement can be made. 

 


 

Rules for the first

1. A first must ware there ring at all times.

 

2. A first can not ask a second to do something that would endanger that second’s, anyone or anything else’s life. Amendment C.

 

3. A first must not bring undue suffering to any second in there set or pair

 

4. The first is ensure that there second is in good health at all times.

 

5. A first must carry a copy of these rules with them at times

 

6. A first can not force a free person to join there round

 

7. A first has no power over any free person.

 


 

Rules for the second

1. A second must ware there ring on at all times.

 

2. A second can not for any reason leave there round unless they are freed by there First

 

3. A second has no say over what a first from any other set or pair is doing.

 

4. A second must not carry out any thing asked of them by another first. if that would harm them, there first or anyone else.

 

5. A second can not join a pair unless there own first and both the first and the second agree from that pair

 

6. A second can not bring in a free person to a set or a pair.

Movement from a pair to a set

 

1. A second can not join a pair unless both the first and the second agree of that pair.

 

2. If a first of pair moves into a set with out becoming a first they lose there power over there second. There second, moves in the power of the first from the other set.

 

3. The first from pair can not become first of a set by joining with it without the first of the second set becoming a second.

 

4. The first of a joining pair can not become first of a set if common rule one in not meet.

 

5. The first of a set or pair can stop any other set or pair joining there set, if that means they would become a second.

 

6. A second has no say over who is first of there pair. (if splitting of a set)

 

7. A first can not move there second to another set, leaving them without a second. (the first must take a new second before moving there old second or must become a second in someone else's set)

 


 

Leaving a pair or walking away

 

1.    A second can not leave unless there first lets them go as a free person. Unless they are in a pair in that case the second can not be made a free person by the first.

2.    A first can not leave. To leave they must become a second of another pair or set taking the own second with them and then let go as a free person by that first of the new set.

 


 

Changes and amendments to these rules

 

Changes and amendments to these rules can only be made by the argument of 3 firsts from pairs only, Rules for firsts, Movement Rules and Leaving or walking away Rules Can not be changed. Nor can any rule be changed that would endanger someone's, anyone's or anything else's life.

 

 

Amendments :-

 

A It may not be possible to engrave some rings if this is so in this case a paper agreement can be used see paper agreement .

 

A-1 A bracelet maybe used in the case of a second but not a first. Bracelets must be locked like rings. The rules for bracelets are the same as rings

 

B. A pair may choose to reverse the first and second, but if they become a set this reverse must change back and obey common rule 1. both persons in the pair must agree to this reverse before they lock there rings to there round.

 

C. no second can be asked to do something, that would be illegal in the country that the round is in. (e.g. go rob a bank)

 

D. A second must not speak to any free person about these rules. But can direct a free person to a first from any set or pair.
