Nunn mills power station

Nunn mills power station was built after the 1st world war and made electricity until 1975.

Four years (1979) after it closed down the cooling towers where knocked down.

In October 2007 work started to clear the site for 1,200 homes

From the ground floor to the roof then over to the old workshops

As work has now started to pull the power station down this is the only place you get to see it in moving pictures.
