Just a small site but lot's to see

After crossing the normal muddy field, we got to our first building. The shower block

entry into the shower block

Inside the wall's where dusty and the floor covered in straw, Sunlight flowed down from skylight windows.

In a darkened room where the toilets, broken and dry

we crossed to the gate house passing the air raid shelter

Looking inside the gate house, the floor long gone, the walls bending and turning green from years of rain.

Deeper in to the house the heating and water pipes where located

Looking back from the gate house to the shower block

This blue corridor lead to a burnt out shed but the lighting was nice

we left the gate house and crossed to a hut with bars up the windows

Entry to this building was no possible due to there being a 5 foot drop as the floor was long gone again

We made our way across to other hut's

.

The hut's on this side of the camp had a walkway from hut to hut. There wooden sides falling, bent and missing

Looking inside some of the huts showed them to be stripped of everything.

Light was now fading and it was time to be else where
