has been teaching for 30 years.
She trains yoga teachers, and sees this wonderful science as a very natural way of living. Angela has taught both yoga and Alexander Technique (a valuable aid to teaching with more knowledge and understanding of students potential) internationally for many years. Alexander 1869 1955 During this weekend we will be covering the following aspects of FM discoveries: - Inhibition, Primary Control, Use affects functioning, Directions, End gaining, Means whereby, Unreliable sensory appreciation, and much more. Students coming on this course can bring their own activity, that is musicians or sports people bringing their musical instruments, racquets, clubs, etc. We will be looking at performing activities with good use from all aspects of life, such as sitting, standing, climbing stairs, pushing trolleys at supermarkets, carrying objects, driving, etc. etc! With places limited to 8, to ensure quality tuition, with individual application of the Technique. Ken Thompson (MSTAT) is an experienced teacher who has been teaching the Technique continuously since 1979.
