• All existing PVA teams are invited to enter on a first come, first served basis, the entry fee must be returned with the application form (in advance) to guarantee entry.
   

• Mixed, Mens and Ladies league teams may enter with eligible PVA members from other teams, however a player may not play for more than one team.
   
Entry fee is £30.00 per team.

• Teams must register on the day before 09:00, Team Managers to meet at 09:15 and games will start promptly at 09:30
   
• 10 mixed teams split into two pools of five playing over two nets.
   
• There must be at least two women on court at any time.
   
• Game duration will be 25mins each with a 5min changeover period.
   
• There will be no end changes and the highest number of points gained will win the match i.e., 30 – 15. In the event of a draw, play the winning point.
   
• Team strips are not required.
   
• Refereeing teams will be required to provide 1^st & 2^nd ref, scorer and two line officials.

There will be prizes for first and second places as well as a special prize awarded to best male and female players.
