Apply for PVA 2008 - 2009 season
 
To enter a team into the coming PVA season, please enter your details and submit the page below.

This apply page will use your own email application to send the application form, if you have any problems please complete the Manual application form and send it to apply@pvaweb.co.uk.

If you wish to enter two team (e.g. Men & Mixed) please submit two forms, one form for each team.

Application Process:

1)      Applications for the PVA leagues opens Mid June.

2)      Applications for the PVA leagues will close at the end of August.

3)      All team will receive an email back to confirm entry and they will also appear at the foot of this page.

4)      Schedules will be available by the first week of October.

5)      The league games will start in early October, at either of the venues.

6)    Payment is NOT required at this stage and entrance will be emailed an invoice after the closing date.

1)   Ladies: £155 (10 games, 6 Teams)

2)   Men's: £279 (18 games, 10 Teams)

3)   Mixed: £186 (12 games, 7 Teams)
