Andy Merritt's house rules:

The Director is potentially impossible to tell apart from another
character, which is a definite advantage.  Therefore I recommend
he is changed to 'Answers Yes & No alternately - can start with
either Yes or No'.

To slightly discourage random guessing I suggest that if someone
makes a guess and gets all characters wrong then they miss their
next turn.
