Tutankhamen's Revenge - Jumbo Andy's House rules Setup 2 players: 4 layers + bottom layer + top layer of sand 3 players: 3 layers + bottom layer + top layer of sand 4 players: 4 layers + bottom layer + top layer of sand (I don't play it with 5 or 6). For each of the central layers split the tiles into 2 lots of 8. One pile has the 6 obelisk tiles + 2 random other ones, and the other pile has the 3 snake tiles + 5 random other ones. 2 players place each set of 8 tiles on one half of the board face down so the obelisks and snake are complete, but otherwise however they wish. Note that the obelisks can be two the same length or one long and one short and also the orientation of the tile once placed face down does not have be correct, as long as once turned over and replaced in the same space in the correct orientation it is possible to make complete obelisks / snakes. In between layers rotate the board so that noone knows where the tiles they placed are. Repeat for the next layer with a different combination of players (if 3 or 4 playing). Each player should get the chance to place the same number of 'half-layers'. Players shoul place their half levels in a way that they can remember, or at least remember where the good and bad bits are as this will increas the skill level when digging gets to their layer. The bottom layer is still placed entirely randomly. Game End The game ends when Tutankhamen is discovered, or all players pass in a row, none wishing to risk Tutankhamen's Revenge.
