House Rules for Medina

 * Bonuses for Colour of Palaces

   Make all bonuses 2 pts.

   IMO there is not really enough control to justify bonuses of up to 4,
   so this rule reflects that.

 * Bonuses for connection to Walls

   Instead of the current rule: all wall bonuses are worth 2 pts and
   rather than being awarded to the last palace connected to a wall, it is
   now awarded to the largest palace (inc stables) connected to that wall.
   If two of the same size are connected then the first connected retains
   the bonus.

   In several games under the standard rule kingmaker play has resulted
   because people had walls left over at the end which changed who
   received these bonuses.  Also my rule produces a 'stable' result rather
   than an 'unstable' result produced by the original rule.
