Official Lost Worlds Email Tournament Rules ------------------------------------------- Tournament Mechanics .................... Each tournament will be an eight-player single-elimination, bracketed type tournament, with the brackets randomly determined. The winner of a bracket will be the player who: * Brings their opponent's Body Point total to zero or below OR * Has a less negative Body Point total than their opponent at the end of the battle. The overall winner will be the only undefeated player in the entire tournament. Second place goes to the loser of the last bracket. Third place will be determined by a battle of the losers in the semi-finals. How to Play ........... Each player will email their move to the tournament moderator only, not their opponent! The tournament moderator will then compare moves, calculate the outcome and report the results to the players. Battle results and tournament progress will be posted on the Official Lost Worlds Email Tournament Page. Characters .......... Be aware that some character books have corrections, available from the Official Lost Worlds FAQ. If any corrections are discovered during play, they will be implemented immediately and be in effect for the remainder of the tournament.
