Airlines - Andy Merritt's House Rules

1) Don't put in the Wertungs until everyone has played 2 rounds, and then
   put them in the top 5th, the middle 5th and the bottom 5th (each of 
   those 5ths being shuffled with the Wertung in), and the deck
   put back together appropriately.

2) Do hand out handicap points as per the optional rules

3) An extra option on your turn:

   When you pick up a flight card you can then choose:

   a) Expand an airline as normal and pick up a stock card as normal

   or

   b) discard 1 or 2 flight cards and draw the same number of flight
      cards.  You don't get any new stock cards, but at least you
      can rid of several unhelpful route cards!
