Advance To Marble Arch - Andy Merritt's House Rules I like the basic ideas of the game and the way it plays but feel it hasn't been playtested properly as there are some flaws, especially to do with the game end and the number of players. Also some of the randomness can be reduced and rolling 'F' on the dice is a bit weak. Thus I suggest the following changes: Clarifications In order to qualify for a bonus Fortune card you must have moved forward on the score track and end your turn on a space marked 'F'. The card so drawn cannot be used this turn. You may play as many Fortune cards during your turn as you wish to. As well as getting a new Fortune card this turn you can also exchange one fortune card you don't like (discard it and then draw a new one). Game End: 1) If someone gets to the above listed £M figure then they instantly win the game and the game stops immediately. 2) If someone uses up all their hotels then all players get one more round of play, including the player who first ran out of hotels (who gets the very last turn of the game). Note that if you don't have hotels left to play then you cannot place any more, but some Fortune cards may give you back hotels or let you move them around.
