Beware! I do not feel I should supress opinion, however wrong it is, so I have included thie following link to a website that is full of factual errors and personal opinions based on no evidence. the author had 'borrowed' my and other authors own work without asking for permissions to do so before printing it as being his own, he was asked by the authors to remove copyright material and was uncooperative. Subsequently the internet website provider was asked to remove it. The website has since then become anti Lotus & JCL Marine, though it had been very much in favour prior to that. Please make your own minds up as to why he changed his website.. for example, the document about a court case has been somewhat modified from the original, and no value can be gained from it whatsoever.
