It is with great regret that we are making the official announcement that 46itchy are to split up.
The departure of a founder band member has led the band to a decision that the group as a whole would not feel happy to continue performing.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who have made the success of 46itchy possible.
From our first gig on the 23rd Feb 2001 we have tried to perform our music to make ourselves and others happy and when this objective fails, we feel its time to bow out with our heads held high.
You'll probably see some of us in bands in the future and we hope you’ll say hello.
We have just finished recording our new 4 track EP, and we are making this available to everyone via cheap CDR's at our last few gigs.
So go look at the gig schedule and we hope you'll be there to dance with us, and have a beer with us one last time.
