POINTS COMPETITION FOR YORKSHIRE HILLCLIMBS

1. Counting Events – All Yorkshire (V course) Hillclimbs in CTT Handbook.

2. Eligible riders – All on Start Sheet. Open to all entrants, not just Yorkshire riders.

3. For the purposes of the Competition, 2 Stage Events count as 2 separate events. A rider may fail to start/complete one of the stages.

4. For 2005 riders must complete 4 rides out of the possible 7. Best four rides to count. The number of counting rides may change each year, depending on the number of promotions.

5. Points awarded- 1^st place 120pts, 2^nd 119pts, 3^rd 118pts etc.

6. In the event of a tie overall, winner decided on most wins, then 2^nd places etc.

Huddersfield Star Whs V9912 8^th October

Yorkshire RC V8911 9^th October

Drighlington BC V9917 16^th October

Halifax RC 2 stage V9919/9920 22^nd October

For this year there is only a Trophy for the winner (to be held for 1 year).

If sufficient interest, next years competition may be expanded into other categories. If anyone knows of a possible sponsor(s) for the series, please let me know. Any other suggestions would be welcomed.
