design jet trainer.
Flown at Barkston & Langer on runways. Yet to see if it is big enough at Scarle
to get it up & down, mainly down will be the biggest problem.
2006:

19-02-2006 One of Steve Atwoods planes (?) comming in to land

19-02-2006 Another smooth landing by Steve

19-02-2006 Aubrey's Giles 202 - this trusty aerobatic steed has seen hundreds of fights

28-06-2006 Andy Smith proudly holding newly christened Sig Wonder alongside homebuilt "Hammer".
The Wonder flew fast and aerobatic with easy landing despite no wheels.
A vertical bung by an assistant saw it quickly begin a dive and it needed a bunch of up to avoid the ground.
After trimming it flew very stably and with sufficient elevator to perform a flare for a slow landing.
It was built from a balsa kit over the winter. I chose the optional "Russian" fin, wingtip and canopy shapes.
Powered by an SC 15 it has an almost vertical climb
