Hamsphire Tories Axe BEST funding
February 2003: Hampshire County Council have axed funding by 95% on numerous crucial road improvement schemes scheduled for this year. Andy McCormick:
"These cuts are disgraceful"

  £5m has been cut in the next 3 years.
