Warren Matchplay Days Entry Form

  For all ages, all standards

• Entries should be made on the form attached which can be printed and sent to the appropriate organiser.  Closing date for each event is one week before the tournament or when the tournament is full.  Late entries may be taken at the discretion of the event organiser

• Competitors may enter as many one-day events as they wish.

• Entry fees must be included with each form - 
  BWTA members £3: Non-members £6.00

• Weather permitting it is intended that each competitor will play two best of three set matches
