Wardray Premise Challenge Entry Form

For ladies aged 15-25 years (born 1977-1987 inclusive)

to be held at

Gosling Sports Park, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire

Outdoors on Artificial Grass
Other courts may be available in the event of bad weather

Entry Fee - £10.00 per player

The format will be a 16 draw singles tournament, played forwards and backwards with each competitor playing two matches a day.  Competitors will be expected to play all four matches.

Entry acceptance - preference will be given to older players - otherwise on a first-come basis.

Entries close Friday 20 September

The organiser may alter the conditions if found necessary.  All competitors entering this event must agree, as a condition of their entry, that no claims are brought against the organiser with respect to any injury, however caused, or any losses incurred while travelling to or from, or participating in any BWTA event.
