Winners

Winners of each one-day tournament will qualify for the Masters event to be held at THE ALL ENGLAND LAWN TENNIS & CROQUET CLUB, WIMBLEDON on 9-10 November 2002.  Once a pair has qualified for the Masters those players are ineligible to compete in further one-day events in the current year.

Acceptances

One person from each pair will be contacted by fact sheet at least a week before each event.  Players who cannot be accepted for an event will be notified.  Players wishing for postal confirmation of their acceptance should enclose a stamped addressed envelope with their entry. Any player who has not been contacted five days before an event should telephone Jean Fyfe.

Conditions

All tournaments will be conducted under the Rules and Regulations of the Lawn Tennis Association.  Players must wear recognised tennis clothing and should check the fact sheet carefully to see whether or not coloured clothing may be worn – some clubs will have special clothing or footwear regulations.

All competitors entering these events must agree, as a condition of their entry, that no claims are brought against the organisers, with respect to any injury, however caused, or any losses incurred while travelling to or from, or participating in any BWTA event.
