"THE CAR"

1991 UK Spec. MX-5
Classic Red
Early spec. 116 hp Engine

Modifications

Lowered and stiffened suspension with BBR Springs and Koni Shock absorbers
Camber & Castor reset to "Miata net settings"
Pia Spots (From Hot n Bovered)
K & N Filter (From Hot n Bovered)
Timing advanced as "Miata net settings"
Kenwood Headrest speakers (From Hot n Bovered)

I bought the car in 1991 with the idea of keeping indefinitely as a "Future Classic"

At the time of writing, since I have to have a "full sized" vehicle for work and have two "Classic Triumphs" (Thanks to the joys of cheap Classic car insurance and free "Historic" Road Tax) the car has covered 30,000 miles(April 2001).

This is mainly fine weather use (Like Duxford '99 - Force 7 Gales and torrential rain!) but the car is normally driven "With ENTHUSIASM" (It's a regular at Curborough!!!)

(How to give a MX-5 A decent sized boot.)
The bootlid was a secondhand one bought for the occasion and modified to carry a full sized spare for touring.
