Photo 1/7 Shows The Cricket Team. The Teacher, Mr. James Gabbot Was
in Charge Of the Cricket Team and the boy to the right of him was Bob Hepwood
Of Connie St, Openshaw. This was reported in a Manchester paper, perhaps the
Manchester Evening News, about 1940. James Gabbott died in 1969 aged approximately
92. The other six photos include a class and a football photos and they are
of various dates. These photos have been very kindly sent in by David Chater.
