Garrat Way How it was in 1964 and how it is today shown by the photo to the right. On the left of the road is Gorton Tub Swimming Pool and beyond that is the new library. To the right is Gorton Market. The Swimming Pool is now closed, even though it is a fairly modern building. The photo below is from the opposite end of Gortoncross St (now Garrat Way). The library is first on the right and the swimming pool (Gorton Tub) is the next building. |
