Welcome to iChart - Agtrader's interactive charting software.

iCharts will open in a new window and charts can be fully customised to suit your requirements.

Here you can draw your own trendlines, choose diferent chart types, change chart colours, view a variety of different timeframes from 1 minute to monthly and view a wide variety of price indicators - Relative Strength Indicator (RSI) etc.

iCharts only work with Chicago Board of Trade contracts and is currently set to open by default with Nov07 soybeans.

To change the contract displayed you need to know the correct symbol for the contract you require. S=soybeans; SM=soymeal; BO=soyoil; C=corn and W=wheat.

Month codes are as follows: Jan=F; Mar=H; May=K; Jul=N; Aug=Q; Sep=U, Oct=V; Nov=X and Dec=Z

Year codes are simply 2007=7; 2008=8 etc.

Then simply add the commodity code to the month/year of contract you wish to view. So the correct commodity symbol for soybeans for Nov 2007 would be SX7; Corn for Jul 2008 would be CN8 etc.
