We are on the road approaching Llangennith. In the distance you can see the sand dunes of Rhossilli Bay
The road descends into the village..
St.Cenydd, Gower's own saint founded a priory on this site in the sixth century and the present church is dedicated to him.
A view through the old timber lich gate..
Before piped water came to Llangennith, this water supply, on the village green, served the village.
The church and the village pub across the road is the heart of the village..
The King's Head pub and in the background the newly painted Village Hall.
We go down the lane to Hillend where Rhossilli Down towers above the caravan park.
Returning along the lane we see Llanmadoc Hill which lies to the north of Llangennith .
Looking towards the sea, we have a fine view of Worm's Head.
