Truly verastile, solidly built and superb value for money! This 9ft long 4 - piece rod is strong but surprisingly light in the hand. It can be used for lure fishing in fresh and salt water,
as a travel rod, a bait rod for for piking smaller waters and from boats. It's also useful as a stalking rod for carp and big barbel, or just to keep in the back of the car for those opportunist moments.
It is rated to cast 30 - 80g so will cover a wide range of lures and is great for soft plastics like Wagtails and Curly Jacks as well as spoons,
swimbaits and cranks. When bait fishing you can cast up to 5 or 6 oz baits comfortably. A real all-rounder.
Finished in a dark green camouflage pattern,
the camo is of debatable benefit - but the matt finish reduces rod 'flash' when casting so scares fish less and also keeps your whereabouts discrete!
