Nab Rock is the yachting and boating area of Mumbles and a good place to enjoy an afternoon stroll.

Now that the sailing season has started there will be plenty of activity here on the Hard.

When the tide is in, the top of this breakwater is a favourite spot for fishermen.

A view towards Oystermouth. On the hillside in the background, above the houses, you can see the Castle.

Sailing is over for today and time to get the boat out before the slipway dries out.

There is not a lot of wind today and the bay is fairly calm.

We have left Nab Rock and walked along to the restaurant on the headland at the west side of Bracelet Bay

From the restaurant patio there are marvellous views of the sea , the lighthouse and the beach.

Daffodils in bloom on the edge of the sea tell us that Spring is just around the corner.
