The Vinstrumentation Range

The VInstrumentation range comprises 2 hardware ranges - VIPodS and VInterface - and 3 software packages - Virtual Instrument Presentation Software (VIPS), VI Logging Software (VILS) and VI Control Laboratory (VICL). All packages will work with either hardware range but VICL does require a particular hardware configuration. The best way to appreciate the software is to download the demonstration.

VIPodS

A versatile mix&match system that allows up to 4 VIPodS to be connected to the computer at any one time. Ideal for use in project laboratories and test facilities

VInterface

Has 4 fixed functions. Connections via 4mm plugs. Designed initially to be used with the Control Laboratory software but can be used to give an easy to use, multipurpose student laboratory tool.

VIPod Accessories

The additional cables and connectors that make it easy to put together a system. Photograph shows a VIPod101 with VIThrm thermocouple connector and VICab connection cable.

Software Products

VIPS

VIPS displays and controls the information to and from the VIPodS and VInterface. Provides a number of different Virtual Instrument functions

Data Logger

VILS is an extended version of VIPS with many features to help setup a versatile Data logging or data acquisition system

Control Laboratory

VICL can be used in teaching laboratories to show the basic properties of control systems.

	The VIPod40 can now be supplied with a PWM output driven by the same signal generator software used in the VIPod20.
Purchasing Info -
	VIPodS and VInterface are supplied with the VIPS software. Delivery is normally 1-6 weeks depending on the stock position. Special features can be added for an additional cost.
