A single VIPod can plug directly into the parallel port. Up to 4 pods of any mix can be connected together to form a system.

TTi VIPS users -

VInstrumentation is a development of the TTi VIPS system. VIPS users can download the latest software version. The VIPS10 has now been renamed the VIPod10 etc

VInterface packages the analogue input/output and logic input/output functions in one easy to connect box for use in student laboratories.

VInstrumentation

The VIPS software uses the pod information to create many common instruments. VIPS gives you instant functionality but DLL drivers are provided so that the pods may be integrated into your own programs.

New VIPodS

The VIPod10/20 combines the functions of the VIPod10 and VIPod20 giving both analogue input (8 ch) and output (1 ch) in the same pod

The VIPod101 provides 8 channels of high accuracy voltage measurement. Combined with the VIThrm thermocouple connector block, measurements of temperature using any thermocouple can be made. This replaces the VIPS T100

VIPS application software packages

Virtual Instrument Logging Software (VILS) and Virtual Instrument Control Laboratory (VICL) are application packages based on VIPS.

New VIPS feature

• VIPS will now work under NT/2000/XP except for the fastest features. the latest version - VIPS2.04g
• Using the VIPod40, a PWM output drive facility had been added to VIPS.
