Important Notes Regarding the Video Filming of Weddings

If you are marrying in church you should:
Check with the church if video cameras are allowed to be used inside during the ceremony.
What fees will be involved for the use of videos inside the church. Most churches will charge for this to cover the organist under the "performers Protection Act 1958 & 1972".
Video recording of church services will be covered by a CCL Licence held by the church. Whilst some churches hold this licence, it will be necessary for you to check with the vicar or minister.
Any additional charges made by the Church is payable by yourselves and is not included in our Wedding Package Price.
