Bury Win Cumbria and Northumbria TSA 2007-2008 Team Shoot Bury Rifle Clubs' A Team has won the Division 1 Cumbria and Northumbria Target Shooting Association .22 Rifle Short Range Team Competition. They won all 10 rounds, scoring the maximum 20 points with an aggregate 5897/6000. Runners up were Morcambe A scoring 12 pts, agg 5288 and Dumfries A 11 pts, agg 5871. Congratulations to team members: H.L.Temperley, J.Dummer and J.J.Thompson. |
Bury RC member in Great Britain Success Joe Thompson a former captain of Bury Rifle Club, was a member of the Great Britain team that has won the Wakefield International Postal Match 2007 (ISSF English Match). The results were as follows: Great Britain 5907 Congratualtions to Joe and the rest of the Great Britain team from all at Bury RC.
