“Not Many People Know That......”

Living Doll was written by Lionel Bart (of “Oliver” fame) for the film “Serious Charge” in 1958/59. Bart claimed it took him about 6 minutes on a Sunday morning, after seeing an advert for a doll in the newspaper.

Dave Brubeck was training to be a  vet when he found  fame

Take 5”. Could that be why he was so kind to his drummers?
