York are two brothers from Germany, Torsten and Jorg Stenzel. Their On The Beach which samples a great deal of Chris Rea's guitar from his original hit, debuts at no 4 on June 4th and holds there for a second week. Torsten has sold over a million records in his career as a producer and remixer. The brothers first hit The Awakening reached no 11 in October 1999.
