	Hot foil printing uses a method of heat and pressure to transfer the colour to the item to be printed using special foils. Foils come in a wide variety of colours giving a reflective/mirror effect and can be printed on substrates such as plastic, wood, leather etc, which is not always possible with conventional inks. Flat or matt colours are also available if a reflective finish is not required.

Printing Plate

Part of the setup costs for hot foil printing are in the production of a printing plate which is used to transfer the image to the item to be printed. Once this plate is manufactured it can be used over and over again. This is why AlKaz can offer discounts on higher quantities. All Printing plates remain the property of Alkaz Design & Print. (You pay only for the manufacture of the plates)

All foil blocked items are priced one colour one side print.

Extra print colours are charged per item.

There is no charge for origination if the artwork is based on your design.
If you would like us to design your business card etc for you, we can do this for a small charge.

You will be asked to approve any artwork before a print run commences.
AlKaz will not be held responsible for any layout mistakes after this point.

Payment by cash,cheque or postal order on placement of your order.

Delivery is normally 7 to 10 working days from receipt of order.

Delivery is free in the local area ie. 10 mile radius of AlKaz.
After this delivery charges will apply.
