Cotton End Farm
Cotton End Farm is a Grade II listed farmstead with all the original buildings still in place. It is still a small family working arable farm.

The attractive barn conversion adjoins the owners farmhouse.

The accommodation comprises a Lounge, Large Kitchen/Diner, Double bedroom and Bathroom and is centrally heated.

Wilstead
Wilstead is three miles south of Bedford and 45 minutes from Cambridge. Here are some aerial photographs of Wilstead village, including an aerial photograph of the farm. This is the heart of John Bunyan country. The historic village of Elstow is only three miles away.

Local Attractions
Bedford has a river with attractive embankment walks - see www.letsgo.org.uk/walk.htm and Public Rights of Way map for Bedfordshire, for detailed maps of many walks in the area; the John Newton and William Cowper Museum is at Olney; John Howard - philanthropist and prison reformer lived at the village of Cardington, three miles away; John Berridge, the 18 century evangelist lived at the village of Everton, 20 minutes drive away; the Shuttleworth Collection is an international collection of early aeroplanes and cars; 19 Century ornamental Swiss Gardens are at Old Warden; the RSPB headquarters are at Sandy; the Woburn Safari Park and Abbey are in a magnificent walled park; Wimpole Hall and Knebworth House. The Danish Camp is a relaxed semi 'open air' restuarant by the River Ouse in Willington village, 7 miles away.

Cotton End Farm is also an ideal base for visiting the towns of Hitchin, St Neots, Ampthill, Northampton, Huntingdon and Ely. The nearest train station is Sandy (15 minutes) and Bedford (15 minutes). London is 35 to 60 minutes on the train. Train timetables.
