Practical Shooting has the best safety record in the UK and prior to taking part, each UKPSA competitor has to either attend and pass a 2 day comprehensive safety course or if the club is not in the UKPSA, pass a safety check.
PRACTICE & SHOOT DAYS
Please be on time for
practice shoots 09:30
hrs (09.00 hrs comps)
Practice shoots will finish by 14:00 hrs
Gates open 9:00 and close 10:00 (08.30 hrs Comps)
- If you are early please
do not block the gate or park on the main road.
- Gates
open at 9am and close at 10am, if you arrive after 10am, you
will not be able to
shoot and you MUST NOT try to walk down the track to the range.
Repeat
- no shooting for you if you are late. Last shot is 14:00 and it
will
now not be possible to
leave before then.
- It is not permitted to drive down the track leading from the farm.
- In special circumstances and the road entrance is closed please phone ahead.
- You may be permitted to use the farm entrance but must park your car on the far side of the barns and then walk to the range.
At the wood, please drive all the way into the car park to leave room for others.
- Barriers may be placed across the track, do not circumvent them.
- Do not park on the path or the fields.
- Please abide by these rules at all times.
- Toilet facilities only available on Competition days
