Group Meetings

The monthly meetings are arranged for the benefit of ALL group members, whether or not they have passed the advanced driving test, so do please come along!

 SKID TRAINING

We are trying to arrange skid-training, but this time using a skid car in a cradle, rather than the wet skid pan we have been using.  This kind of car can simulate a greater variety of skid conditions.   Initially, this is for members only, but there is the possibility of extending this to family and friends too.  The car is fitted with hand controls and can be used by disabled drivers by prior arrangement. The sessions are half an hour briefing, plus an hour’s driving per group of 3 people, and will probably be on a Saturday.  Once again, we have no feel for numbers, so if anyone would be interested, please get your names to me or your secretary, Boris Durham (I’m starting to sound like a cracked record…).
