On the way back

16:45. This shows Styhead Tarn coming into view for the first time on the way back. I got lost while looking for the 'corridor route' to Scafell Pike. Ended up crossing many streams and difficult terrain. Met two blokes coming down the mountain who said that the route was much higher up than my position. I decided to turn back but then could not work out where Sty Head was so I got the map and compass out. Managed to find Styhead Tarn eventually which was a great relief. Stopped for a cup of tea at Seathwaite Farm on the way down. Arrived back at Seatoller car park at 18:30.
