All meetings are at the NADS&S Club starting at 20:15 unless otherwise stated.

11th August 2009 (mandatory, £10 fine for non-attendance is in force). Pre-Season Meeting

Approval of the League Fixture List for the new season. Return of the "Player Registration" Form for existing teams.

17th November 2009 (mandatory, £10 fine for non-attendance is in force). Competition Draw Meeting

(scheduled for the first Tuesday after the Denny Parrett Charity Knockout)

This meeting has been upgraded from an optional meeting to discuss the progress of the Dorset Youth funding and the proposed match versus the Dorset Youth scheduled for 11th June 2010. Entries and payments for Competition should be made at the Captains and Vice-Captains Knockout on 16th October 2009. Any entries remaining unpaid by the time of the Competition Draw will preclude entry.

18th May 2010 (mandatory, £10 fine for non-attendance is in force). Pre-AGM Meeting

(scheduled for the first Tuesday after the Open Singles)

Proposals for the AGM to be returned at this meeting. Return of Perpetual Trophies, with a £5 fine if not returned tonight. Nominations for the Barrie Frampton Players Award.

22nd June 2010. AGM Meeting

(scheduled for the first Tuesday after Presentation Night)

AGM meeting, including the return of the "Application For League Entry" Form for next season. New teams requesting entry should also return their "Player Registration" Form.
