Neurergus kaiseri tank

Vivarium: 450 x 300 x 300 mm, well-ventilated plastic box with compost substrate, small water dish and stack of corkbark. Here they get temperatures of up to 25°C during summer heatwaves and down to 10°C in midwinter.
For breeding, 600 x 450 x 420 mm semi-aquatic tank with lots of aquatic plants and a light current from a small powerhead; temperature ~20°C.
Flora: None, in breeding tank: Anubias nana, Microsorum pteropus, Vesicularia dubyana.
Fauna: 1.1 Neurergus kaiseri.
Diet: Earthworms, woodlice, Tribolium larvae, Achroia grisella larvae.

Although quite reclusive in ther terrestrial phase, these animals have learned that lights out=food and are on the lookout at the right time.
