Being someone that has never taken part in regular activities I was very surprised that when I took my son to join the SDTKD in Midhurst that I was asked if I wanted to join in, that I have been going ever since for well over a year! The quality of the learning is fantastic; there is so much to be gained, from the increased level of general fitness to the discipline and technical knowledge and history of the art. You can work at your own pace and level and know that you always have the backing and understanding of the instructor - Alan. It is also very encouraging when Alan arrives with his entire family to attend the lesson as they are mostly Black Belts and have great knowledge to share. I would suggest that this is an excellent way for people to get fit/keep fit, meet new friends and learn valuable techniques which could prove very useful in the future. I am honoured to be involved with the SDTKD, thank you Alan.

Tae Kwon-Do is great because of the friendly atmosphere that Alan creates, my favourite part of this is that it's a great thing to make friends, gain trust with them and to spend time with your family. I think that it's a great thing to do and I will recommend it to my friends. Poppy Barr 10th Kup

Hi my name is Declan and I go to Tae kwon do in Midhurst, The class in run on a Monday and Wednesday evenings, it is a great club, it is a good exercise and a form of self defence all rolled into one. The group has a good age range, both kids and adults learn side by side, it is a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone helps each other to learn the moves and the Korean words and phrases. I have found that my confidence has grown since I have been attending. It is great fun and would recommend it to all people of all ages.
