Comfortable, warm, small, detached bungalow near Sandringham, RSPB Snettisham and very near to the north Norfolk coast. Featuring sunny secluded garden with summerhouse .

Situated in the tiny village of Ingoldisthorpe Foxes Croft was built in the 1930's and we have tried to retain its character. The front garden, facing open fields, sets it back from the road and the very large rear garden has enabled us to make a secluded sitting area with lawn at the immediate back of Foxes Croft. Further back is the large, mainly orchard, area.

There are a variety of walks from Foxes Croft. Further down the private road you will find footpaths as well as a common area. As Foxes Croft lies halfway between Dersingham and Snettisham walking access is easy along the pavement of the old main road. Also Ingoldisthorpe Social Club, with bar, is within a short walking distance.

Foxes Croft is the first bungalow down a private road, just off the old main road from Dersingham to Snettisham. It is easily reached from King's Lynn and is within 5-10 minutes drive to the beaches of Snettisham and Heacham, with Hunstanton just a further 5 minutes drive. Ingoldisthorpe has one post office/shop, while the nearby large villages of Dersingham and Snettisham are extremely well served with shops, public houses and restaurants etc. The King's Lynn to Hunstanton bus route passes the end of the lane with a bus stop near by.
