When will I be taking the exam?

The dates have not been finally settled, but it it likely to be in March or April 2003. If you fail the test you will be able to re-sit the exam in June. You will not be allowed to take your exam for this course into next year. So you have only one year to pass this course.

Skills I will need for the exam

Take a look at this document. In it a review of the skills required for Word Processing, databases, Internet, Spreadsheet and Graphics has been put together. The Knowledge required does vary by level but don't be alarmed by it, most of it is simple stuff. In addition you will be doing mock exam practice and you will see that once you have taken and revised questions on databases, for example, that there are obvious ones that will come up in future.
