Dawn arising
you stir softly
soft sigh breathing
I gaze at you
the soft rose light
caressing you
should I wake you
no, perhaps not
best not disturb
sweetly, this light
accentuates
your loveliness
birds plaintive song
soft sweet breezes
and your beauty
what more I ask
could God give me
this precious morn.
