We are a small breeding concern located in North Wiltshire. We are committed to breeding some of the finest quality sport horses, hunters, hacks and riding horses and ponies. Here at Bowood Stud, we believe that the foundation begins with the mare. Each of our mares is carefully selected for their conformation, temperament and outstanding bloodlines. The stallions we choose are of exceptional quality, known for their performance, correct conformation and temperament giving our youngstock an excellent start in life.

Sadie Facchino and Tilly continued their success at the National Show to take the North Eastern Tyres Amateur o/r Riding Horse Championship at the beginning of the evening followed by top spot in the Scats Countrystores Amateur o/r Supreme Championship.

Our own outstanding pony stallion, Llanarth Top Cat (right) produces exquisite ponies and show hacks with excellent temperaments and outstanding movement... just like himself! Frozen semen is available by appointment.
