THE SOUL TRADE
Psalm 49:8(KJV)
"(For the redemption of
their soul is precious, and it ceaseth for
ever:)"
Matt.16:26(KJV)
"For what is a man
profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose
his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?"
In any trade,the issue of profit and loss is of paramount importance to
every entrepreneur!
Since the fall of man in the garden of Eden,there has been a
universal,commercial and spiritual enterprise involving everyone born
into this world known as 'the soul trade'.
In everyone born into this world is the human soul,which is the basic
and precious commodity of 'the soul trade'.
The person behind this business is the same one who played a major role
in the fall of man in the garden of Eden(Gen.3) known as 'the serpent'
or the devil(Rev.12:9).
The sole aim of this prime and infernal enemy of mankind is to make
sure that every one born in this world loses his or her soul forever
thereby sabotaging the glorious destiny that God has for every human
soul.
What is this glorious divine destiny?
It is for every soul to be saved!!!
This is because since the fall,the human soul of every person is lost
or dead in sin:
Rom.3:23(KJV)
"For all have sinned, and
come short of the glory of God;"
But the good news of God is that :-
1.God the Creator is the real,sole and original owner of the human
soul:-
Ezek.18:4(KJV)
"Behold, all souls are
mine; as the soul of the father, so also the
soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die."
2.God has no pleasure in the eternal loss or death of any human soul
because it is precious in his sight:-
Ezek.18:23(KJV)
"Have I any pleasure at
all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord
GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?"
3.God has given everyone the opportunity and power to choose life
instead of death:-
Deut.30:19(KJV)
"I call heaven and earth
to record this day against you, that I have
set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose
life, that both thou and thy seed may live:"
4.This 'life' is available to every human soul according to God's plan
of salvation through Jesus Christ the Son of God:-
1 John 5:11-12(KJV)
"And this is the record,
that God hath given to us eternal life, and
this life is in his Son."
"He that hath the Son hath
life; and he that hath not the Son of God
hath not life."
Therefore whenever and wherever any person repents from sin(Mark
1:14-15) and receives Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour(John 1:12) his
or her human soul becomes saved or alive!!!
'The soul trade' orchestrated by the devil can involve every pursuit
and achievement in the world of
politics,sports,finance,religion,science,or any other field of human
endeavour which cannot satisfy or redeem the human soul for its divine
destiny to be fulfilled(Psalm 49:8;Matt.16:26)!!!
There is no real benefit,profit or gain in trying to be fulfilled in
this life when one's soul remains spiritually lost or dead!!!
'The soul trade' is actually the most hideous form,style,level or
degree of slavery of mankind under the sly and wicked 'god of the
world' system(Eph.2:2),the devil himself.
In 'the soul trade','the achievers' are
celebrated,idolised,criticised,or scorned by 'the spectators'.
If any soul is actually sold out to the devil through any blood
covenant,the Lord our Saviour and our Redeemer(Isa.49:26c) promises
complete deliverance from the worst form of occultism :-

"But thus saith the LORD,
Even the captives of the mighty shall be
taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered:..."
Finally every reader who is still part of 'the soul trade' can
experience complete freedom today by acting on the promise of God
through His Son,Jesus Christ our Saviour:-
John 8:36(KJV)
"If the Son therefore
shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed."
It is this glorious liberty of the gospel of Jesus Christ(2
Cor.4:4b)that guarantees everyone total fulfillment in this life and in
the life to come(1 Tim.4:8b)!
