Being 'in the zone' normally means that a person or people being in a state of mind in which great things are done,for example,in sports.
But being 'in the Zone' is totally different!
'The Zone' is the only place in which any person or people can be and do all that God has destined them to be and do.
Being and acting 'in the Zone' means being and doing what God has destined for any person or people.
Every one born into this world is outside 'this Zone' because each one is born in sin (Psalm 51:5),a spiritual state in which one is separated from God (Rom.3:23,6:23a)!
Therefore every one needs to repent of sin (Acts 2:38)and receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour (John 1:12-13),thereby becoming born of the Spirit of God:
'Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.'
'That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.'
'The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.'

Once one is born of the Spirit,one is 'in the Zone'.
And whenever one acts in faith on God's word,one performs the works of God that one has been destined to do!
'Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.'

The perfect example of being and acting 'in the Zone' is the Lord Jesus Christ:
'How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.'
ACTS 10:38(KJV)

'The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;'
'To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;'
ISAIAH 61:1-2(KJV)

This is the example to be followed by anyone 'in the Zone' instead of depending on one's physical might and/or mental power:
'Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.'
ZECHARIAH 4:6(KJV)

One's mind should be reprogrammed for this purpose (Rom.12:1-2)because it is used to operating outside 'the Zone'.
This process takes place as one regularly fellowships with the Holy Spirit as One's Helper in prayer and in the study of the Bible which is the word of God.
Because the mind naturally resists this process,one needs the Holy Spirit as One's Helper.
The Holy Spirit is One's Helper 'in the Zone' because 'the Zone' is the 'natural' place in and from which the Holy Spirit operates.
Since one is normally used to moving on land,to swim in water one needs the help of someone who can swim!
Being and acting 'in the Zone' therefore means that anyone 'in the Zone' with the help of the indwelling Holy Spirit acts out the word of God for one's life:
'If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.'

One's role 'in the Zone' is to willingly and humbly surrender daily to the Lord;flexible in His hand and sensitive to His leading.
'The Zone' is the place where the Holy Spirit is Lord (2 Cor.3:17);and one submits to Him,one enjoys His help so as to fulfill one's divine destiny as His vessel of flesh and blood!
