Right click on wc2006-f.vcs and choose Save As, then open Outlook and go 'File/Import and Export', choose the 'Import .vcs' option, choose 'All Files', and open the file you saved.

Interested in seeing what Linux looks like? Need linux sometimes but not very often? Try Knoppix. You boot from the CD and it boots into Linux. Remove the CD and reboot back into Windows. No installation required.

Luke Lee Mitchell born this morning to Emily and Lee, at 1.07am weighing in at 7lb2oz. Emily is thrilled, she said "he is beautiful with blonde hair, but it did hurt". She had a homebirth, with no painkillers which I think she was quite pleased about. Photo of baby Luke to follow shortly.

If you get an email from Paypal saying you need to update your account do not click on the link in the email because it will take you to somewhere that only looks like Paypal. Forward the entire email to spoof@paypal.com , they will investigate every spoof reported. (send it even if you don't have a paypal account).

This is a great idea and it's really taking off...Brighton Freecycle - It's a bit like eBay, except there is no money involved. If you have something to get rid of, or you want something, then you post it to the group. You will need to set up a YAHOO email account if you do not already have one. (there are Freecycle groups for other areas if you do not live in Brighton).

Kate had to stay in again last night because of her low iron count. Hopefully the quacks will give her the all clear today.

Kate had to go into hospital during the night after the birth, she had pains and had lost too much blood. They wouldn't let her come home last night, but she seems to be recovering well, and hopefully will be home this evening.
