There are some popular myths surrounding Vampires, and these are the ones that Ultraviolet go by!

The Rules of Engagement

  1. Code V's have no reflection in a mirror
  2. Code V's can not be recorded on electronic equipment such as video, CCT or audio equipment. Their cells can not be seen through a microscope.
  3. No Code V can actually 'turn' you unless invited to do so.
  4. Crosses and Holy water may or may not work...its a question of faith, on both sides. Although a wooden stake through the heart seems to work.
  5. Code V's turn to dust once neutralised. However they can regenerate, by coming into contact with blood from another Code V. They are therefore housed in small silver tubes and stored in a 'prison'.
  6. Sunlight can kill Code V's.
  7. Code V's can leave a virus on your neck when biting you. It makes you very susceptible to suggestion, but it is treatable with a laser. The virus is detectable with the help of an Ultraviolet lamp.
