Who am I?

Adam Bernard - Date of Birth: 03/12/75

I qualified as a mental health nurse in 1999.

What have I been doing?

Since then I have been working in an NHS Trust Hospital in the Northwest of England. I have worked as a staff nurse on acute psychiatric wards and now work as a specialist mental health nurse in a mental health crisis service.
